Welcome to Training, operated by PetCins. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online training platform located at https://training.petcins.com. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using the Training platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental or guardian consent, and that you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. We reserve the right to update these terms periodically; your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information as needed. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to safeguard login details.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, assessments, logos, trademarks, and content provided on the Training platform are the exclusive property of PetCins or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Subscription and Payments

Access to certain courses or features may require a paid subscription. All fees are listed in USD and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription via your account settings or by contacting support@petcins.com.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetCins disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Training platform. Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms, is harmful to other users, or violates applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

The Training platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of such external sites and do not endorse their content. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

Miscellaneous

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and PetCins regarding the use of the Training platform and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
